Resource Allocation & Preparation – Allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and safety systems to complete pre-construction planning and site deployment.
Construction Execution – Carry out construction according to drawings and schedules, with dedicated on-site supervisors overseeing progress and handling contingencies.
Quality Inspection & Testing – Perform inspections on structure, functionality, and safety at each stage of completion, supported by reports and documentation.
Final Acceptance & Delivery – Conduct final acceptance in accordance with client standards and contract requirements, and deliver completion documentation.
After-Sales Service & Maintenance – Provide warranty support, technical consultation, and upgrade recommendations to ensure long-term operational performance.
